Jencel

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Psychologist

Rikke, fluent in French, English, and Norwegian, is a BCBA who primarily offers supervision of LUCREA's therapists in English along with therapy for clients in French. She has been working with LUCREA from February of 2019 to now.

Mai is a speech-language-hearing therapist who primarily offers therapy in Japanese. She has been working with LUCREA, Inc. from 2016 to now.

Ami, fluent in English and Japanese, is a senior therapist who primarily offers ABA-based therapy and speech/language therapy in both Japanese and English. She has been working with LUCREA, Inc. from 2018 to now. She was born and raised in Japan.

Debbie Enriquez, fluent both in English and Filipino, is a qualified Special Education Teacher with 14 years of experience in providing educational, therapeutic, and behavior management services to persons with various developmental conditions from early childhood to adulthood. She has been working with LUCREA, Inc. since 2020.

Assistant Therapist

Mike, fluent in English and proficient in Japanese, is an assistant therapist who offers therapy only in English. He has been working with LUCREA, Inc. from 2020. He was born in Japan, then moved to the U.S. for most of his early years. Mike has a bi-lingual and bi-cultural background, for most of his childhood, he lived in the United States, and then came back to Japan for high school and university.

While born in Tokyo, Japan, Karen spent her childhood and early teens in Peru, the Philippines, and Japan. Karen speaks fluent English and Spanish with basic Japanese. She joined LUCREA, Inc. first as an intern at Temple University in 2021 where she graduated with B.A. in Psychology as a major, and Asian Studies as a minor, and currently as a therapist as well as a learning support teacher.  She is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Furuya

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Ryan Furuya is a BCBA board-certified behavioral analyst since 2014, and primarily offers ABA therapy.  Has worked in a variety of settings, including schools, research facilities, clinics, homes, group homes, and community settings.   Ryan is a native English speaker, born and raised in America.  Joined LUCREA, Inc. in 2017.

John has been in the field of education since 2006 in the Philippines, Shanghai, and Tokyo. His love for teaching was brought about by his intention to serve families and the community. He finished his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2006 and became a registered nurse in the same year. He got his Professional teaching Certification in 2013 and his Master of Arts in Education major in Special Education in 2019. He is currently working on his dissertation for his degree in Doctor of Education from the University of San Jose-Recoletos.

Jude Bracey-Lane, native in English, born and raised in London, UK is an assistant therapist and experienced teaching assistant for LUCREA, providing one on one education for students, including English, Math and Social and Communication Skills. Jude is also currently working alongside LUCREA, with Lighthouse, the newly formed leaning and creative center that provides Early Childhood Education and other specialized services for young learners.
